Job Description:
Lincoln National is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to work remotely from home in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but confidence and resilience are key personality traits for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and cooperation skills, as well as a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Conduct client outreach and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes - Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service and support to clients - Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients - Take the initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
