Job Description:
Our company, Simon Property Group, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and virtual meetings. This position requires a confident and adaptable individual who can effectively manage projects and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss products, services, and upcoming initiatives - Utilize project management skills to track client interactions, update databases, and monitor progress - Make decisions regarding client requests, escalations, and issues to ensure a positive outcome - Provide recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention - Uphold company policies and procedures while representing the organization in a professional manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Confident and adaptable attitude to handle various client situations - Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent decision-making abilities to navigate complex client interactions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client relationship management software - Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and work in a remote environment
