Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with them.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any inquiries or concerns they may have - Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues - Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on services, promotions, and new offerings - Ensure client satisfaction by consistently exceeding their expectations and delivering delight - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and maintain up-to-date client profiles in the company database - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Create and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve independently - Natural leadership abilities with a focus on building strong relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently - High level of customer service orientation - A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight
