Remote Client Relations Representative

Raytheon is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing. 3. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients. 7. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer experience.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6.
