Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at PG&E Corp. in London, England, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience with the company.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure client satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Provide support and guidance to clients on using company products or services effectively - Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance client experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets set by the company - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
