Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Klarna is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. We are looking for energetic and confident individuals who possess strong critical thinking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account activity - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients - Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve client relations and customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Energetic and confident personality - Strong critical thinking and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
