Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team at Molina Healthcare in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Manage client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for clients - Communicate client feedback to relevant departments to drive improvement - Represent the company at client meetings and events - Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators - Assist in the development of client retention strategies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Passionate about client satisfaction and relationship-building - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Strong research skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
