Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

McKesson, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for a driven and reliable individual with strong time management and strategic planning skills.

As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Track client interactions and update client records in our CRM system - Assist with marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
