Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and independent Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Kellogg in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs and address any concerns - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Plan and organize client meetings and events to strengthen relationships and drive business growth - Provide regular updates and reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed - Independent worker who can take initiative and work efficiently without constant supervision - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence others - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
