Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Western Digital is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual with strong planning and cooperation skills to help us maintain positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 8. Strong planning and cooperation skills.
