Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

WestRock is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all communication and interactions - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues or concerns - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications - Provide product and service information to clients and assist with any inquiries they may have - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve clients - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client experience and satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Resourceful and energetic attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
