Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Mattel is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team and work from home in London, England. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are motivated, dedicated, cooperative, and creative.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase sales - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
