Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a talented Client Relations Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Provide clients with regular updates on their account status and any relevant company news - Assist in the implementation of new client initiatives and programs - Prepare and deliver client presentations as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Adaptability to changing client needs and situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
