Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Dana Holding is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, independent, and have a passion for project management and innovation. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address their needs and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed clients' expectations - Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues - Provide support to the sales team by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent project management skills - Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
