Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Disney in London, England. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work from home while connecting with our clients and providing exceptional customer service. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Managing client inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and assisting clients with their orders - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience in CRM software is a plus
