Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Automation Anywhere. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of client relationships - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools
