Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Hormel Foods, a leading food company, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team and work from home in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated and resilient, with excellent persuasion and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through various communication channels, such as phone calls and emails - Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to clients as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Excellent persuasion and innovation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
