As a Client Service Assistant at Gap in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients while supporting the overall operations of the store. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic math skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of retail and fashion industry trends is a plus
