Job Description: Trinity Industries is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, possessing strong negotiation and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and relationships - Coordinate client meetings and appointments - Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Prepare reports and presentations for clients - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Handle administrative tasks related to client services - Monitor and track client progress and feedback
