Job Description:
Hanesbrands is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions 2. Assist with order processing, shipping, and tracking to ensure timely delivery 3. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner 4. Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is up-to-date in the company database 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products 6. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings 7. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall client satisfaction
Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality with a positive attitude 2. Strong people management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 7. Knowledge of the fashion industry or retail sector is a plus
