As a Client Service Assistant at Honeywell International in London, England, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or in person. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. - Coordinate with various departments to resolve client issues efficiently. - Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients as needed. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients.
