Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Client Service Assistant to join our team at iHeartMedia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Provide administrative support to the client service team - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels - Contribute to the development of strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
