Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 4. Educate clients on products, services, and offerings to increase their understanding and use of the UiPath platform. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the company CRM system. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. 8. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy to understand and address client needs. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
