Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and providing them with exceptional service. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, and assist with inquiries and concerns - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism - Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role - High school diploma or equivalent
