Job Description - Client Service Associate

Job Description:


Williams, a leading company in London, England, UK, is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client service or similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues - Provide product and service information to clients, assisting them with their purchases and orders - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalations - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback collection - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients


Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
