Client Service Associate

Job Description:

PBF Energy is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Prepare reports and analysis on client feedback and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement - Provide leadership and support to junior client service team members - Represent the company at client meetings and events, showcasing our commitment to outstanding customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards client service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
