Client Service Associate

Job Description:

General Dynamics is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. This role is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Managing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assisting with client onboarding and account maintenance - Conducting research and analysis to support client needs - Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience
