Eastman Chemical is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering services to clients. 5. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 6. Support the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for client meetings, conferences, and events.
