Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with account management, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assisting clients with account inquiries, updates, and requests - Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns or issues - Working closely with financial advisors to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining client records and documentation accurately - Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals and objectives - Participating in training and professional development opportunities - Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Driven and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
