Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, have strong presentation skills, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally - Assist clients with product recommendations, pricing information, and order processing - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client service strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve processes and procedures - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners - Manage travel arrangements for client meetings and events

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
