Job Description:

DTE Energy is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This is a remote position based in London, England, UK, with the flexibility to work from home. We are looking for an entry-level professional with 0 years of experience, who is adaptable and resilient, to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting - Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and offer solutions - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Project management experience is a plus - Adaptability to changing priorities and workload - Must be adaptable and resilient
