Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


Foot Locker is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Manager to join our team in our London, England location. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving client relationships through exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Develop and implement client service strategies to meet company objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve client satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent persuasion and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
