Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at NRG Energy in London, England. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and ensure those needs are met through the delivery of a high-quality service - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Lead client service initiatives and projects to enhance overall customer experience - Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members to ensure client needs are met effectively - Foster a culture of cooperation and open communication within the team to promote a positive working environment


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and guide a team - Proven track record of successful client relationship management - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being an effective team player - Experience in the energy industry or related field is a plus
