Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Interpublic Group (IPG) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth. This is a part-time position suited for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests. - Develop and implement client service strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients. - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. - Act as a problem-solver and offer innovative solutions to meet client objectives. - Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with updates on project progress. - Manage client budgets and ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. - Resilient and dedicated personality traits. - Strong problem-solving and innovation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
