Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Allstate is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team in London, England. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent planning skills to effectively manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback to improve service quality - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Develop and implement client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions - Handle any client escalations or complaints with professionalism and empathy


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - High emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
