Job Description:
Lithia Motors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing client retention and acquisition - Provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations - Monitor client satisfaction through feedback and surveys, and implement improvements as needed - Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for business growth - Lead and motivate a team of client service specialists to achieve department goals - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations and solving problems effectively - Strong planning and organizational skills - Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
