Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Harley-Davidson is currently seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed - Maintain accurate client records and track interactions in our customer relationship management system - Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand our customer base - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred (minimum of 2 years) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure - Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering quality service - Persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients and promote our products and services - Research skills to gather information and identify customer needs - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
