Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team at Walmart in London, England. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving client issues and concerns effectively and efficiently. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Assisting clients with product recommendations and making informed purchasing decisions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records. 7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally. 2. Strong persuasion skills to influence client decisions and actions. 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex client problems. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6.
