Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a qualified Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, cooperative, and possess strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. 2. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement when necessary. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 2+ years of experience in client services or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work part-time hours.
