Job Description:
GameStop is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner - Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, providing timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues - Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the services and products offered by GameStop - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time work hours - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent customer service
