Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to better serve clients - Prepare reports and presentations for management on client feedback and performance metrics - Participate in client meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually - Ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately in the CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and research
