Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Lansing Trade Group is seeking a Client Service Officer to work remotely from home in London, England. This part-time associate-level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance, provide updates, and solicit feedback. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering delight in every interaction.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful individual who can work independently from a home office. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
