Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


AK Steel Holding is seeking a Client Service Officer to work remotely from home in London, England. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for a confident and driven individual with at least 1 year of experience in client services or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the client base and increase revenue - Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Monitor client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in client services or sales is preferred
