Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team at Avis Budget Group. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and services - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - A high school diploma or equivalent is required
