Client Service Representative

Job Description: Parker-Hannifin is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative in our London, England office. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions - Adapt to changing client requirements and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client satisfaction and retention
