Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. 3. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and policies. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

Soft skills: Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence are essential for this role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4.
