Client Service Representative

Job Description:

D.R. Horton, a leading home construction company in London, England, is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are independent, adaptable, and possess strong research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. 6. Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
