Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Knowledge of computer systems and CRM software. 7.
