Job Description - Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:


Foot Locker is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and orders. 2. Assist customers with any issues or complaints, resolving them efficiently and professionally. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make recommendations. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance targets set by management. 9. Use negotiation skills to handle challenging situations and de-escalate conflicts. 10. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment. 3. Motivated to exceed customer expectations and achieve performance targets. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 5. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Comfortable working remotely and using technology to communicate with customers and colleagues. 10. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
