Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

3M is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is driven, reliable, adaptable, and thrives in a teamwork-oriented environment. As an entry-level role, no previous experience is required, but a minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues. 3. Maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns promptly. 5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
